Fake Win Notifications
I have been left disappointed with my recent experience. I have now received multiple push notifications from the official 7 Days Performance app that appear to suggest I have been selected or rewarded. The first notification said “You’ve been chosen!” followed by my ticket numbers. More recently, I received another notification stating “You have been rewarded… Claim Now.” In both cases, there was nothing to claim when I opened the app. There was no message in my account, no email, no SMS, and nothing on the website explaining the notifications. This has been confusing and misleading. I contacted customer support through the official contact form and am currently waiting for a response, but at the time of writing I have received no explanation. I’m not happy
