Can't get my money out
I could not get money out of the ATM....came back to the app and changed the PIN....that didn't work. The ATM said my bank, Varo, would not approve the transaction. Tried online for over one hour to transfer funds back to my Citi account....pain in the ass. Would never use this bank again.
