If only I could have given 0 stars, I would have. I live in the UK, I have very little options to send gifts back in India. I ordered cake and flowers on Mother’s Day, the delivery driver did not deliver my gift and instead asked money from my mom saying its unpaid. My mom refused to give any money saying its not possible (ofc) he took the order back and marked delivered. Horrible customer service, never using IGP again, they are also deleting comments on their Instagram account. But I am a youtuber and I will definitely make a video of my experience
