I loved the clothing designs and the fabrics. I received my items quickly. The response time to my problem was immediate. However, a problem arose when I needed to return two of the items. The return procedure is confusing for me. One top and a skirt were too small. The skirt size was probably my mistake in not selecting 2XX; however, the top was extra large, but it still didn't fit me well. I don't understand the procedure. My suggestion would be to have someone unfamiliar with your procedure try to return and exchange an item to hopefully understand my frustration. Thank you for asking.
