I have had to contact Reach reps a couple of times to clarify some minor items with our service. Each time has been a completely refreshing experience versus what I used to have with a major carrier. I have been using Reach since 9/23 and have had no issues at all. If you contact the reps. they are right there to help, no waiting in a phone cue or dealing with abrupt reps. Polite, professional and, the key word, "helpful". Why didn't I switch to Reach sooner. I get top notch service for my needs at a fraction of my former cost. I am completely satisfied with Reach.
