A great place run by really experienced people. It is indeed a well-oiled machine. It's recommendable to start out with an intensive course and then switch to one-to-one/online classes if need be. The ambiance puts you at ease with language-learning right away - plus there'll be a lot of people in the same boat. As a beginner one is able to say a few words and apply the language, right off the bat. The courses are laid out like a story, making it fun and accessible. Cultural and historical facts about food and local history are highlighted shared throughout the course.
