terrible experience (vip on grab) (Im not fat)
SO SO SO terrible. They have a ”pay with cash” option but no driver accepts it, and if they do they immediately cancel it. Took my chicken dish 1.5 hours to arrive AFTER IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP meaning it had time to cool down and sit in bali heat having time to build bactria. Had to microwave it when It got here to kill bacteria. customer service sucks and drivers ask for tip when its far away. I always tip 100.000 IDR cash because their salary is shit but I don’t appreciate the begging. Right now as im writing ive been waiting for my food 1.5 hours. It says ”your order is ready for pickup” but no driver is found. Meaning that my food is just sitting there on the other side of town cooling down and rotting. Please improve you app or shut down permanently you pricks. Also,if you forget to add for example a sauce or drink to your order, there is no way you can change it, even if the resturant haven’t accepted your order yet.
