Customer support is absolutely 'zero'... Bought 3kw hybrid inverter... Inverter works 1 year, and just turns off , looks like its was preprogrammed. Its was in guaranteed time... Wrote to customer support, and they have no idea how to resolve any problems. About 1 full year i tried to get something , was ready to send it back to factory and etc.... But its wasn't resolved at all, they lie that have send something, and now just stopped to answer emails. Never buy this garbage!
