Avoid Rotimatic – Terrible Customer Service and Refund Experience
I placed my order at the end of December after being promised a delivery date of 15th February. Unfortunately, the product was never delivered on the promised date. After multiple follow-ups and receiving little to no response from customer support, I decided to cancel my order. Even the cancellation process took almost a month because of their unresponsive customer service. To make matters worse, I was told my refund would be processed within 21 days. That never happened. I ended up sending more than 50 follow-up emails just to chase my own money, with almost no meaningful communication from the company. Eventually, I was so frustrated by the complete lack of support that I had no option but to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my payment. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Poor communication, broken promises, and an unacceptable refund process. Don't waste your hard-earned money. I strongly recommend avoiding Rotimatic.
