I have apply on September 2022 for 4 tickets, which my fly was cancel. And all the time when i contact Compensair they say it takes 6-9 months and i diden't have a answer untill 8 september 2023, which means i got answer after 12 months and the answer was NO. The fly company have reject becouse of weather conditions. So for me they are fake and a company that i don't trust anymore. AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME
