Poor quality, customer service a disgrace
I ordered a skirt which ended up terribly expensive due to customs. The skirt wasn't fitting, the quality was poor and I asked for a refund. Linenaive repeatdly tergiversated, proposed me a discount to have it fixed at a local seamstress and altogether stopped answering when I firmly asked ofr a return. I found the same skirt for a fraction of the price on Aliexpress. Linennaive is just a big big scam.
