Runs Small
I ordered my daughter’s dress from Homrain. It arrived 1 day later than expected so I give them 3 stars on delivery. However, the dress is way too small and we actually measured my daughter and went by the sizing guide on the website. We ordered a size 8. It needed to be 1-2 sizes bigger. Now granted she wears a size 6 or 8 in US sizes.(depending on the brand) the dress was made well for the price, just too small. Now, we are in the process of returning the item. We sent an email asking to return the item. Had to then send pictures of the dress, including the size tag. Waiting for them to respond on where to actually send the dress. Did get an email that we could keep the dress and they would refund us 10 percent of the dress…so like $10…NO thanks. Waiting on the return label info so we can mail it back. (We got the dress on 9/9/23 and have 14 days to return it..it’s 9/12/23 as I write this). The return is a hassle and way to involved. The dress shipped from a Texas address, yet the return page says we have to deal with a customs charge. So should be interesting to see where it actually goes. We Will NOT be ordering from Homrain again. We buy a lot on Amazon and never have problems with returns. Homrain needs to take lessons from Amazon on returns
