Ok I was not sure what to expect when i finally had to get some help with fixing my 5 Watt Laser Engraver. But the people at Longer Tech support must work very early and very late to overcome the 5hour time difference the easter US and the UK. However i cot a nearly instant response to every query i made, and patience and perseverance paid off in the end. Thanks Team Longer!
