Hit them where it hurts most and do not buy.
Purchased a MateBook laptop approx Nov 2019 at a cost of nearly £800. Needed a new battery within a year. Extremely annoyed and disappointed as have purchased other Huawei products. Never again though. Customer service is a go slow.
