Deceptive and dishonest about shipping. **Update** and they won’t even ship out your whole order. 10 days after my initial order, I just got an email part of my order is out of stock and won’t be delivered. Don’t recommend ordering from this company. This company ships from Singapore and ensures delivery within 10 business days to the US. On their website and Instagram they assure you that time frame includes processing, shipping, and transit. When I spoke with customer service, they explained that just means they’ll send it out of Singapore within 10 business days and it could take extra time to ship once it’s in the US. Expect 2-3 weeks for delivery and little assistance from the service team.
