I will probably never use this service again. I placed an order and the shopper had issues and never shopped my order. Even though my order wasn’t completed, my money was still withdrawn from my account. I couldn’t reschedule or cancel because it says shopping was completed. They withdraw your money instantly but you will starve waiting on your money to be returned
