Well we're do I start My screen started dropping out of my (armed 5g) so I sent ulafone a email as It was still in woranty( fer anugh mistakes happen no biggie I get in touch send them a email and it'll be sorted) after emailing on several occasions they finally responded about 3weaks later asking for proof of purchase and picture evidence so I sent them Wat they needed then I didn't hear anything else for about 1 month until I started chasing it and they wanted me to pay to ship it to China so I shipped it over there's it's been about 1 and a half months now and when I tried to send them a email it says I nead to use a app witch i cant find anny were Shocking quality but wurs Customer service
