It really helps to be able to talk to real people when you have questions about filing the claim. It took a few weeks due to delays on my end. My airline took a while res ponding. I was given options for submitting my information which was so helpful. I am a non-tech person so I found a way to get it done with the help given. Once it was approved, the payment was fast.
