They deserve less than one star. They are incompetent at Best. All Robo garbage. Can't get issues resolved, like Warranty issues. No One can answer simple Questions. NYS does nothing but send them an email. What do You do ? Just get ripped off and they get away with it ?? How do they stay in Business ??
