Buyer beware
Horrible experience. I placed an order on May 14, 2026, for a single sample product with our company logo and have still not received any updates regarding the status of the order. Over the past several weeks, I've made multiple attempts to contact the company by both phone and email. My calls have either gone unanswered or been disconnected, and the email addresses provided appear to be invalid or unable to receive messages. To make matters worse, the chat feature on the company’s website is not functional, leaving customers with virtually no way to obtain support or order updates. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Delays can happen, but customers deserve timely updates and a reliable way to reach someone for assistance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you are considering placing an order, be aware that you will have difficulty obtaining updates or product support when issues arise.
