Representatives were always polite and professional. What I did NOT like was that your company did not allow me to wait to see how much my insurance covered and what amount I would be expected to pay for my supplies. I asked for this and was only told, “We can’t tell you a dollar amount. Once we get confirmation that your insurance covers this, we will ship.” I did not care simply that my insurance covered the device. I wanted to know how much my portion would be. I would never have agreed to try this device if I knew how much it would cost me, but you would not wait to let me see that. And, as I feared, the device did not work with my anatomy and I am now out several hundred dollars. Again, if I would have been given the opportunity like I asked to see how much my payment would have been, I would have chosen to not risk trying the device.
