Great features but charging design is not optimal
I purchased the newest ultrasonic toothbrush model based on the CES award it received this year. I loved the amount of information the app provided, unfortunately after less than 2 weeks of use, the charger died. Not totally sure what happened but there was green crud around the charging pins and brown material on the base of the brush which could have contributed to the issue. Once requested video and other details were provided, my refund was processed. Hope this is not a design flaw as the features the product provided is impressive.
