Your company entered my insurance info incorrectly, delaying my order processing & delivery. After weeks & many calls, I finally received a partial delivery. I was down to 1 colostomy bag & no one would step up to take ownership of my account & fix the error. I still have not heard back from anyone letting me know that my account has been corrected on your end. Your company has made their terrible experience of having a colostomy even more stressful. Anyone want to step in & help? We’ve asked this to be escalated many times.
