BEST CUSTOMER SERVIVE, HANDS DOWN!
I ordered because I liked the construction holiday card. I would re-order again for the customer service! I placed my order very close to the holiday season and didn't realize the printer closes down for a week. Becuse I ordered close to when i needed my cards, I paid the extra for the express shipment. Because of the shut down I was pretty distraught and I can tell you that my concerns were handled professionally, kindly, and better than any other company I have ever worked with. I still recieved my cards later than I wanted but there was nothing anyone could do about that. But I was treated fairly and compensated for the lack of communication on the website. And honestly, my idea of wanting my customers to have these in hand before New Years Day just worked out because I think many people would have just thought these greeting cards would be Christmas Cards and they may have been tossed away. So in hind site, this was a win all around!
