A SCAM— WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!
WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! A SCAM!!! Please do not purchase from this website as they instruct customers to commit FRAUD for returns! I purchased a Katara costume for Halloween, but the sizing did not fit me right, so I contacted their customer support to send the return. 1) They do not cover the cost of returns— meaning that your return will cost AT LEAST $30 at the very minimum 2) THEY INSTRUCT YOU TO COMMIT FRAUD. Per the email I received, they tell you to fill out the value of the item as $5– which, according to the USPS manager, is ILLEGAL. When contacting the website again after finding this horrifying information out, they replied back saying that this was to “AVOID CHINESE TARIFFS.” A SCAM!!!!!! Please be aware!!!! And do NOT buy from this website!!!!!!
