5 stars for the valuable assistance received from Gino over the phone for me and wife. He is very knowledgeable about SIM card functions and phone operations (both android and Apple) and patiently explained everything. He also made useful suggestions about data plans based on our specific travel plans including how to get the best value on the different options. We haven't used the card yet so this review is based and very appreciative by the exceptional customer service we received from Gino. We hope Gino gets an extra company bonus for next Christmas. :-)
