Received doll that looked nothing like…
Received doll that looked nothing like the doll I ordered. First response from customer service was a suggestion to use the wig brush and they offered me a 10% refund to keep the doll. Next response when I told them no, I didn't want to keep the doll was to offer 20% refund to keep it. I am still waiting for the prepaid shipping label to return it to be sent and a full refund. I wish I would have checked Trustpilot prior to ordering! Lesson learned!! Got a response from reborn just now on above review and they are asking me to contact customer service with pictures documenting everything and they’ll take care of it promptly. Ha!! I have a whole file of my correspondence with the customer service team including all the pictures I sent them and nothing happened.
