Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking! Booked a return train ticket for 2 people, total cost of £214.62. They charged the credit card twice by mistake and now asking for me to still pay the admin fee to return the money. How is this a customer fault if they made the mistake? Would not use again or recommend. Bunch of incapable people working in this company. Do not use!!!!
