Excellent Customer Service and Communication
I ordered a couple pairs of gloves from RDX. When the package arrived, there was only 1 pair in the package. I reached out to the customer service team and requested the 2nd pair because I needed them for a trip in a week. The customer service team managed to find a pair of gloves that replaced the ones I ordered (the ones I ordered were out of stock) and managed to get them to me before I left for the trip. 5 stars for customer service!
