Hidden Fees on Online Transactions - Disgusting customer support
You have to check every online transaction because they charge hidden fees without notice, amount paid will be different than the OTP. They will never refund the fees ever because they don't care about any customers. You get better customer support at a flea market, UOB will bicker and argue over the phone and won't even do you the courtesy to call you back to tell you the fees will not be refunded.
