Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The shoes are not proper barefoot shoes, bought a pair of their winter boots for my toddler and the sole is so stiff there was absolutely no point paying the premium for barefoot. When I raised this, despite their returns policy saying if there is an issue with quality they will pay the cost of a return, they have refused. They may be cheaper than other barefoot brands, but there’s a reason. To be avoided
