The exchange has refused to refund me my failed withdrawn usdt, after claiming the transaction was failed due to the blockchain error (near). And that until a review come from the technical department team my fund will not be refund. Customers are simply at their mercy, since there is even no time line or policies like other exchanges. They go away with such actions ⚠️ *issue resolved on the 17/03/2025 after calling coinsavi with their Singapore line. It's still not easy o, it took almost 1 weeks for just a failed withdrawal 😓
