So I hadn’t used my account which I had over 100 feedback on for over a year so they canceled that account. Then Customer Support told me to use a different email address and get another account and start all over so I did that. I got one shipment then one month later they suspended my account saying I can’t have multiple accounts when the first account was suspended for not being an active furthermore shippers hardly ever make a decision so you’re bidding and bidding and bidding and then the shipper never ships so you can’t get shipments. This format is mainly for people to come on and get prices. Stay away if you’re a driver and looking for loads.
