Warranty repairs/exchanges will cost you!
I received my tripod head, which unfortunately has a manufacturing defect. I contacted them to have it replaced and they want me to pay for shipping. You would expect that they would have a good customer service since you are buying direct (saving them middle-men commissions). Benro products are good, but better buy from a reputable seller so you get the after sales service. Don’t buy direct!
