I've never had a problem ordering or returning wigs with Wig Outlet. Shipping is pretty quick. Prices are decent, especially compared to ordering from a company that only offers brand new unworn wigs. No delivery problems either. Well boxed with no damage. My only complaint would be I was charged $25 shipping on a recent order, which was returned, and charged $10.95 to ship the wig back.
