Horrid horrid horrid!!!!! Tried 7 day free trial, it was absolutely rubbish so cancelled free trial and have been charged regardless for an annual subscription. Emailed them a year ago, they ignored me. Charged me again. I'm disputing it with bank and will take to fair trading. STAY CLEAR.
