Chime keeping my refund money and refusing to settle disputes
My money has been stolen twice off my chime account. Chime does nothing they don't contact you ask you what happened or nothing . They wait on the merchant to do a refund then they act like they never received it .They do they own investigating and never ask about anything . Thats because when the companies refund money chime keeps it and act like they never received anything all these companies is not lying .I have had claims denied where people literally stole my money and they done nothing .you can speak to a supervisor their customer support it terrible. No real investigations is beging done people keep robbing my account and they are doing nothing. I just had a Uber charge me 40$ twice for the same ride and they done nothing. Uber said they refunded the money and chime never put it in my account Then if they do issue a credit it's weeks later so if you got bills to pay or anything your screwed. They don't fight for they customers they take your money and when your money is stolen they don't care. I just had door dash scam me out my money I got nothing. Said they issued a refund and I never got it now Uber saying the same thing. Chime is getting people refunds and keeping them no money gets put back into your account and they blame the merchant. They will deny your claim and keep your refund money. Door dash did a refund chime never gave it back. Now uber saying they did a refund and chime not giving that back either. So anything happens and you need a refund don't expect to get it . They don't process none of your claims chime is a scam and I'm over it and done with chime.how people sending me back refunds and y'all keeping the money. Everybody not lying I got two different companies saying they sent refunds back and nothing hit my account CHIME IS A SCAM they steal your money like everyone else .
