If I could put zero star I would What an awful company to buy from I bought a black and white rug which arrived a week later than required. Ok so not the biggest issue I agree however the rug was really poor quality and instead of black and white it’s brown and cream. Not a good look. The rug was around £179 plus £20 for delivery. I don’t have loads of money so this was an investment for me. At no time was it made clear it was coming from China. By the way I Googled the return address in Ipswich which doesn’t exist. I am now going to claim through the UK Government small claims court which will be cheaper that returning the item to China. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will voice this through all and any means possible. Also worth pointing out that there have been 44 emails back and forth. I was offered “5% discount you keep” Then 10 then 20 then 30 then 40 then 45 seriously is this how business is conducted? I offered 70% refund including postage and I would give rug to charity shop. Legal is the only way UPDATE 20 OCT 2023 I have received an amicable resolution with LITFAD and they have refunded me the cost of the rug. They have kindly advised me that I do not need to return it but as it’s not as I wanted I will donate it to charity. Thank you litfad.
