I ordered the 12V LFP battery and paid with my credit card. I have sent a total of FIVE emails to their "customer support" email and have tried to phone the US office in Tennessee. NO responses to my emails, and it appears that the US phone number is "not available at this time, please try again". I can only assume now that I have been scammed, and am trying to have my credit card company help me. DO NOT DEAL with this company, the battery has good reviews, but at the very least, the Canadian company is just a scam!
