no return!!!
Be careful, this company is horrible. I requested return and never received any response from them. I had to manually check order status to get shipping address. I shipped the return item (of cause, I paid $10 shipping fee out of my pocket) and tracked delivery. The second day, the return status showed "the return had to be delivered in 15 days!!!!". They refused refund after receiving returned package! The whole process was within 15day from the day I received package to the day of delivery. I emailed their support at Australia but never received a single word response. I don't even care about the value of refund. It simply is not a right attitude to do business.
