SERVICE PROBLEM
i don’t know how to start but today at 10:30 pm i have a trip jerteh to puchong but i smpai dekat stesen bas jerteh 9:30 pm . i check satu ii bas tu tkde satu pun bas tulis KB 80.I call service you so bad and so rude you guys yg tk check betul ii and tk call pun customer you for make sure where them. Bila dh tahu dia tertinggal customer driver bas boleh ckp dia tk boleh pusing salah diorang and diorang tknk bertanggungjawab . i sngt ii kecewa and i will never recommend to other . last i hope you ambl tindakan pada driver bas and the one yg angkat call . i call this no +60 9 766 7233 for help me but lastly nothing happen my money burn like nothing. ikutkan hati i satu bintang pun you guys tk layak .SO DISAPPOINTED!!
