Nihao customer service is trash
I have been shopping with Nihao for years. And lately I've been having an issue, not with the merchandise but with the customer service. Customer service is non-existent. I placed an order just a few weeks ago and I had to change my shipping address unexpectedly. I was told I cannot change the address after it was shipped. I took it up on myself to contact FedEx and it was said to me Yes it can be changed and the sender has to just make the modifications on their side. I was not able to make the changes because the sender (nihao) has put strict instructions that only they are allowed to make changes to the shipping address. It is now 24 hours before my shipment has to be delivered and I will not be there to pick it up and FedEx has told me that they have received no request for a shipping address change . Mind you this is almost $4,000 worth of merchandise and I have absolutely no control over the shipment. I have contacted my 'advisor' and they are useless. Absolutely useless!! I called FedEx on multiple locations and they are simply asking me for a reference/ticket number for the shipping address change request and nihao is completely ignoring me. Now my package will be delivered and I will not be there to receive it and I fear it just might get stolen All because they failed to have FedEx change my shipping address. There's also been another incident a few months ago where my shipment got lost. Yes lost!! I made a report back to Nihao and they told me if my package was not delivered within 1 month of the scheduled delivery dates I will get back a refund. After one month I contacted my advisor and they told me I had to wait another month so right now it's approaching 3 months delay. After 3 and 1/2 months is when I got my refund. This is unacceptable. It was thousands of dollars, and I had to wait three and a half months to be reimbursed. I don't know who the owner of this company is but they need to look into these things. And funny enough they don't have a review tab on their website and now I'm wondering why.
