Not a fan - more like Lawn Non-Starter!
I didn't realize when I reached out to them that they are not actually a lawn company - they are a web service like Task Rabbit or Thumbtack but just for lawn care. However, unlike those services, they don't let you choose your provider. They just keep rotating through assignments until they get one that shows up. Our first schedule didn't show and so they at the very end of the day (about 5:45 p.m.), they sent us a message that our provider was overscheduled and they would be out the next day. The next day we got a message that our provider had been updated to a different provider but no one showed up. Finally, on Sunday, someone came. The next week was the exact same thing. They are above top dollar for our area and not only does the service level not match, they ask for a TIP on top of it all - makes the total $25.00 more per week than any other quote we have received. We committed to 3 mows and then we will be moving on.
