Over and above
Not only was it a great product i bought, the after service was fantastic. I was involved in an accident, and after removing the item from the old car, they got damaged, and would no longer work in my new car, i didn’t put this down to a product fault, and was waiting to find out how much this was going to cost me to get it replaced, the Wolfbox operator went above and beyond, sending the part out free of charge, and also no postage. You are at the mercy of some companies and quite ofter they take the proverbial out of you, trying to squeeze every penny they can, but the operator was only concerned about getting me sorted.
