Poor Communication
I love the dress and corset I ordered the first time, but recently I ordered a new, supposedly in stock item and had waited a week for it to get shipped. They even had a specific date that they would be shipped out… however, they failed to inform me that it was sold out. I only found out because I emailed them myself. I planned to wear this outfit at an event and it’s only days before, so you can only imagine how annoyed I am not having an outfit for the event now. I understand if something is out of stock, but at least tell me!! It seemed like they weren’t going to say anything at all. What’s worse is that their plus size stock is already limited because of their small sizes, so I have nothing to potentially exchange it with. I asked for a full refund, so we’ll see what happens.
