Reliable and ready to go above and beyond
Always helpful and willing to go that extra step in support to solve issues, even if there turn out to be none, and that of itself is deeply appreciated. I've found most issues I do have usually is around my own forgetfulness, or lack of understanding on what I'm working with, but they definitely are the knight in shining armor, the hero in most cases, they've helped me and on more than one occasion to set it all up or point out where I'm making key mistakes and how to fix it in clear and understandable steps. As a host they rarely have any downtime which is perfect too, makes their service very reliable to use, and when they do they resolve it quickly. Prices are reasonable for what they provide, which is an amazing experience, and I would have to recommend them to others, my roughly 2 years with them has been great.
