I placed an order back in October. I was supposed to receive my package the end of November. The tracking didn’t update for weeks. I finally received my order 12/23/24. Luckily my customers got most of their orders. Very disappointing.
I placed an order on 10/30 for Christmas. It says a shipping label was created on 11/7. It was due to be delivered 12/2. I still have not received the items or updated tracking information. They just keep putting me off. I’ve lost customers and I’m a teacher so the gifts I order for my students never came. This has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I will be looking for another company to use from now on. Shame on Nihao.
