This is not a trustworthy company to shop online. They are B2C company and after sales no customer support. I ordered 2 times for 12 celling fans and found some missing and broken accessories with noise problem in one fan. I contact customer support who asked many images and evidences but lastly rejected my issue stating you go to brand service center. I asked for invoices of the fans but they sent me the mail that your matter has been closed, no invoice I received. Very untrustworthy management of Mr. Rahul Garg. I will never recommend this company to go for..... XXXXX After posting this review company took it seriously and resolved the concern of missing and broken parts so thanks them and hope they will change their policy buyer's friendly.
