Very poor service
I ordered about $150 worth of hair products from Lux hair and received an order confirmation and receipt. Almost a month later and the order is still not ‘ready’ and has not been shipped. The website says orders are processed and shipped within a few days. I’ve sent follow up emails which have all been ignored. Now I’m just trying to get my money back, but the only contact information they give is an email address that is ignored. UPDATE: the package was eventually sent, about a month after it was ordered. Never got any response to my emails.
