I would like to express my satisfaction with DJI. I recently purchased a Refurbished 2 fly more combo which came packaged as new (obviously some cosmetic damage which is normal for refurbished items to have). Had my first flight but noticed that a squeaky/hissing sound was coming from a propeller motor. I contacted them about about the issue and offered a replacement, they sent the return label last Saturday, I shipped it offer same day and it arrived on Monday, they worked very fast, and sent a new replacement on Tuesday, I received the new Avata 2 on Friday and to my surprise it was a brand new Avata 2! (Not refurbished) I will now upgrade my Air 2s to the 3s without hesitation. I would recommend them 100% with a blink if an eye (both refurb and new)
